Well, funny thing is when both parties don't communicate at all there's going to be hassle when trying to set a date and time. 

This may sound surprising, and I hate repeating myself, having a 3-4 hour slot for 10 people who all have either work or exams or watching football or anything else of the sort is tough.

Also I can play now.
