Not to mention maps that have bhop platforms specifically built into the map to progress, not overly common on combat surf but they exist.
Unless you're in a secluded location or have some kind of high ground, you're chances of dying increase hugely when you have no speed.

remember, servers are expensive, servers need mods, admins members and programmers, roughly 13 people to sustain it fully. 13 x 3 = 39 people for three servers and the cost is another thing. its a pain in teh ass to do these sorts of things and trust me when i say two is more than enough. after trying to work on a starwars RP server i can tell you, and so can the staff that servers are a pain in the ass.

 

However it is always a possibility for the future
